Electronic Die-Cutting Release Paper (Single/Double Silicone)

Glassine release paper is a high-density specialty anti-stick paper made through a special process. It uses high-quality wood pulp as the raw material, processed by high-temperature supercalendering and compacting so the fibers become tightly packed, forming a thin, translucent and flat base paper. A food-grade or industrial-grade silicone release coating is then uniformly applied, giving it smooth anti-stick and easy-peel performance. Compared with ordinary paper, its fiber structure is finer, density higher and toughness stronger.

Ordinary release paper is usually based on regular wood pulp paper: loose texture, rough grain, thicker and softer feel, poor translucency, limited coating uniformity, unstable release force and easy residue left during peeling. Glassine release paper undergoes high-temperature supercalendering and polishing, giving it a compact, fine and smooth surface with good translucency; it is stable, resistant to stretching and deformation, with better moisture resistance. Its release force is balanced and stable, peeling is clean with no residue, making it ideal for high-speed die-cutting and automatic labeling.

It mainly serves as a release carrier for pressure-sensitive adhesive products such as double-sided tape, protective films, self-adhesive labels and stickers, peeling off easily without residue or affecting adhesion performance. It performs exceptionally well in high-cleanliness fields such as electronic components and automotive manufacturing, and is also favored in food packaging and anti-counterfeiting labels for its safe and non-toxic properties.

Release paper is an industrial paper with a special coating whose core function is isolation protection and controlled peeling. High-grade release paper mostly uses glassine paper as the base material for extremely high dimensional stability. Professional release paper must pass tests on more than ten parameters including release force, residual adhesion and thermal stability to meet the special requirements of different industries.

CCK release paper is produced by first coating a special clay layer on the surface of all-wood-pulp base paper and then applying a release agent.
